MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. Milledgeville Police Department

Criminal Trespass

A resident of River Ridge Road reported Nov. 29 that a rock had been thrown through her home’s back door window in a attempt to unsuccessfully gain entry.

Theft by Taking

A resident of West Franklin Street reported Nov. 30 that two checks were stolen from his home while he was receiving medical treatment.

Theft by Taking

A Walton Street resident reported Nov. 30 that $200 cash was stolen from her home where it had been placed on a table.

Criminal Trespass

An individual was arrested and charged with criminal trespass Nov. 30 after multiple witnesses reported that he had been on a property he was previously trespassed from.

Theft by Taking

A resident of Pecan Boulevard reported Nov. 31 that someone stole her cell phone after they had a verbal argument about living arrangements.

Theft by Taking

A woman was arrested Dec. 1 after fleeing a business on South Wayne Street with stolen merchandise in her possession. The snack foods were valued at $22.23. The woman previously had a warrant for drug violation in Twiggs County. She was charged with theft by shoplifting, public drunkenness, given a trespass order against the business and served her prior warrant.
