MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. The charges filed are noted in the narrative.
Milledgeville Police Department
A resident of Pine Avenue reported Nov. 6 that a woman came to her home and began damaging property by throwing items, including a phone and a flower pot. The flower pot caused a dent and scratch in a vehicle. The woman was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
A man was arrested and charged with criminal trespass on Nov. 7 after going to a residence where he had previously been issued a trespass notice.
A woman reported Nov. 7 that an individual who had been issued a trespass notice at her property on Pritchard Street had been in her residence.
Employees of a North Columbia Street business reported Nov. 7 that an individual threatened them with physical violence over the phone in regards to a car rental
An individual reported Nov. 7 that while his vehicle was parked outside an apartment on West Andrews Street that a window was broken. Officers observed damage to the vehicle and glass on the concrete.
A man reported Nov. 8 that while at a downtown restaurant he had been punched during an altercation by another man. No arrests were made.
