MILLEDGEVILLE — Theft by Taking

A woman reported the theft of her bicycle from a Matheson Rd. address at approximately 4:15 p.m. March 18. The woman told officers that the bicycle was chained to a piece of metal in the backyard. When checking on it, she discovered the chain was broken and the bicycle was missing.

Burglary

A man reported the theft of his wallet from an Ola Ct. residence March 18. While sleeping, the man kept the wallet in the pockets of his pants. When he woke up he noticed that the wallet was missing. He also discovered that a hook that locks the front screen door was unlocked.

Theft by Taking

Officers were dispatched to a West MLK Dr. business in reference to the theft of diesel fuel. On March 18 around 7:47 a.m., one of the drivers noticed that the diesel tank of one of the work trucks was empty. He checked the records and found that the previous driver filled up the truck with fuel on Friday March 18.
