MILLEDGEVILLE — Theft by Taking

An employee of AT&T reported the theft of $5,000 worth of copper from the building by an unknown person(s) sometime between 8 p.m. April 26 and 10 a.m. May 2. The employee went to check on the tower area of the building and discovered that a large amount of copper was missing.  

Theft by Taking

A man at a Register Road address reported that his prescription medicine was missing sometime between 3:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. April 28. The man stated that when he looked on the table where his bottle of Loritab usually sits he discovered that it was gone. The last time he saw the medicine on the table was when a friend of his son’s came to the home to visit during the same day.

Theft by Taking

A woman reported the theft of several items of clothing and an antique stove from her North Main Street residence May 2. The woman stated that when she returned to her property to gather a few items to move into her new home she discovered that several pieces of clothes that were hanging underneath the carport were missing, along with an antique stove that she was keeping in a storage area.
