MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. Criminal Damage to Property
A resident of Robinson-Johnson Road reported Oct. 18 that the fuel door of his vehicle and the gas tank cap were missing from his truck. The passenger’s side door handle had also been broken.
Two individuals were arrested for reckless conduct Oct. 16 after firing practice shots from an AK-47 in a residential area in the direction of Allen Memorial Drive.
n A resident of Sinclair Marina Road reported Oct. 20 that $25 in cash had been stolen from her apartment.
Attempting to Elude a Police Officer
An individual led officers on a car chase Oct. 21 after a traffic stop was attempted. The individual was wanted for theft by taking. Warrants have been issued for his arrest for theft by taking, fleeing and attempting to elude and driving while license suspended.
Obstruction of Officers
Officers reported Oct. 21 that an individual fled when approached. The individual was apprehended and baggies of marijuana and cocaine were found near his person. The individual was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and obstruction of police. He was also served with a warrant for probation violation.
