A deputy responded to a call at an Irwinton Road address Sept. 24 in reference to an entering auto. The complainant stated that around 6:10 p.m. she parked her car and entered the residence to change clothes. When she returned she noticed that her blue jean bag was missing from the front passenger seat of her vehicle. The bag contained her marriage certificate, birth certificate, social security card, and other documents containing personal information.

Theft by Taking

A man at a Horne Avenue address reported the theft of his knife by a female sometime during Sept. 25. The man stated that earlier in the evening, the female went into his residence to look for her phone charger. She then requested a ride to Fall Line Pawnshop. When he returned to his residence, he discovered that his knife was missing.

Theft of Livestock

Deputies were dispatched to a Back in the Woods Way SE address Sept. 27 in reference to the theft of livestock from the location. The complainant stated that when she went to go feed her quarter horse she noticed that it was missing from her barn. She further stated that when she checked the gate she discovered that it was tied back differently than the way she secures it.
