MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. Milledgeville Police Department

— Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property

A man at a North Columbia Street hotel reported that someone stole a pill case from the nightstand in his room Oct. 10. He returned to his hotel room around 7 p.m. to take his medicine and noticed his blue pill case containing different types of blood pressure medicine was missing.

— Entering Auto

A man at a Harvest Court address reported that someone entered his vehicle and took his wallet, which contained several items used for identification: a Georgia’s driver’s license, a Georgia College student I.D. card, a debit card and a credit card.  


A man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop for tail light requirements on West Thomas Street around 1 a.m. Oct. 10.
