MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. The charges filed are noted in the narrative.



Milledgeville Police Department

Disorderly Conduct

A Camden Street resident reported Nov. 18 that a woman came to her house and began using profane language.

Burglary

An employee of a North Jefferson Street business reported Nov. 19 that several items had been stolen and that a hole had been cut through a rear wall.

Criminal Trespass

A woman reported Nov. 19 that while her vehicle was parked on West Thomas Circle her windshield was broken in several places.

Criminal Trespass

An employee of a North Columbia Street restaurant reported that during her shift Nov. 19 someone smashed a window of her vehicle where it was parked at the business.

Criminal Trespass

A warrant was taken out Nov. 19 for an individuals arrest after two ORMC employees reported that a man already trespassed from the property was seen on the premises.

Interference with Government Property

An MPD officer reported Nov. 19 that a city Christmas decoration was damaged and knocked off of its stand on North Wilkinson Street.

Entering Auto

A West Thomas Circle homeowner reported Nov. 20 that someone had broken into her vehicle and stolen $25 cash, an iPhone, a flip phone, misc. change and her purse containing banking information.

Theft by Shoplifting

An individual was issued a citation Nov. 20 for shoplifting less than $500 after he attempted to steal $51.74 worth of trading cards from Walmart.

Criminal Damage to Property

A car owner reported Nov. 20 that her front windshield had been busted while it was parked on North Columbia Street.
