Officers received a tip that a pool hall on West Montgomery Street was selling alcohol to patrons illegally. Police went into the pool hall to speak to the owner and observed alcohol being sold. When questioned, the owner admitted to not having a license to sell alcohol. Two coolers full of alcohol, several bottles of liquor, a small quantity of marijuana, and money was seized by officers as evidence.
A man at a Laura Court address reported the theft of several items from his home resulting from a burglary. He told the officer that he left home June 11 at about 6:30 a.m. When he returned around 9:15 p.m. he noticed the window in his bedroom had been knocked out. The officer observed broken glass and a rock near the area of the window.
