Theft by Taking
Deputies were dispatched to a Robbins Drive address in reference to a theft that had occurred at Thunder Rally on Irwinton Road April 28. The woman told officers that while attending a late night event someone stole items out of her backpack, which contained clothing, a cell phone, $150 in cash and miscellaneous personal items. She placed the backpack under a friend’s vehicle, but when she went to retrieve the item, the backpack was empty
A woman reported damage to her home April 26 by unknown person(s). When taking her garbage can out from behind her residence at approximately 7 a.m., she noticed several small holes in the vinyl siding of her Lockwood Street residence. The damage appeared to have been created by a BB gun.
Deputies were dispatched to an Allen Memorial Dr. address April 28 in reference to an entering auto call. The owner of the vehicle told officers that when he went to his car to leave for a trip, he noticed that the driver’s side door was unlocked and that his glove box was open. The man’s cell phone and two rolls of wrapped quarters were reported missing from the car.
Theft by Shoplifting
A Walmart loss prevention employee reported the theft of electronic accessories by three females April 26. The females placed several electronic accessories in their purses and exited through the garden section of the store.
Theft by Taking
Officers were dispatched to a West Charlton Street apartment April 27 in reference to the theft of a bicycle. The owner of the bicycle told officers that at approximately 10 p.m. April 26, he attached the bicycle to the back of his vehicle. When he awoke the next morning he found the bicycle mount laying on the ground behind his car and the bicycle missing.
