MILLEDGEVILLE — Entering auto

A man reported that someone took a Glock 26 handgun from his vehicle as it was parked at a Dole Boulevard address Feb. 4. The man noticed that the gun was missing from the console of his truck after attending a party at a friend’s home.

Livestock running at-large

A deputy was dispatched to a Neely’s Way address in reference to cows running at large. On Feb. 2 a woman reported that two of her neighbor’s cows had come into her yard. Several complaints from different neighbors have been filed with the sheriff’s department in regards to the cows roaming freely and causing damage to property in the area.

Theft by taking

A woman at a North Tattnall Street apartment reported that her boyfriend stole firearms and jewelry she received from her father’s will sometime between Aug. 1 and Feb. 5.
