MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. Milledgeville Police Department

Criminal Damage to Property

A man reported Oct. 30 that his vehicle had been keyed while it was parked overnight at his home on Brantley Way.

Entering Auto

It was reported Oct. 30 that a vehicle parked on Laura Court was entered. Cash was stolen from a wallet inside the vehicle.

Theft by Taking

A man reported Oct. 31 that his John Deere pressure washer had been stolen while he was staying at a hotel on North Columbia Street.

Theft by Shoplifting

A business reported that a man had stolen several packages of Goody powder Oct. 30. The individual was identified and arrested, receiving a citation for theft by shoplifting first offense.

Theft by Shoplifting

A business on North Jefferson Street reported Oct. 31 the theft of a 12-pack and a 24 oz. can of beer.

Public Drunk

An individual was arrested Nov. 1 after being escorted from a business and then behaving belligerently toward people on the street.

Simple Battery

A man was arrested and charged with simple battery Nov. 1 after it was reported that he punched a business owner in the face.
