MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. Financial Transaction Card Theft
A woman reported Oct. 23 that while in the hospital her EBT card was stolen from a residence on Moore Street.
Victory Baptist Church members reported Oct. 23 that someone had broken into the church facility. Officers observed a hole in the wall of the building beside the back door.
An individual reported Oct. 28 that she noticed a transaction of $400 that she had not made when looking at her online banking statement. She was unaware of any missing checks or a missing checkbook.
Obstruction of Officers
While serving a warrant four Jones County officers searched a local residence after announcing their presence. While there officers found an individual hiding underneath the kitchen table. He was charged with obstruction of law enforcement.
