A deputy was dispatched to a Woodbine Road address Sept. 19 in reference to an entering auto. The complainant stated that he parked his car in the driveway and secured it around 10 p.m. Sept. 17. At approximately 2 p.m. Sept. 18 he noticed that the car doors were unlocked. When he checked the vehicle the center console and glove box area had been tampered with. His wallet and a men’s gold bracelet worth $125 was taken from the vehicle.

n Theft by Taking

A woman at a Logans Drive residence reported the theft of her heat pump from her property sometime during Sept. 21. She stated that after returning to her home after work, her son informed her that her three-ton heat pump was missing.  

n Burglary

A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the area of Valley Circle Sept. 21 in reference to a burglary that had already occurred. Upon arrival the officer met with the complainant who stated that in the process of moving to a new home in Augusta, she discovered that her 32-inch TV was missing from her living room.  

n Theft by Taking

The owner of a car wash on North Columbia Street reported the theft of business equipment Sept. 19. He stated that when he opened the business, he discovered that someone ripped a high pressure hose and wash assembly from one of the stalls sometime during the night.
