MILLEDGEVILLE — Theft by Shoplifting

An employee of a North Columbia Street clothing store reported the theft of a tank top and a pair of shoes by a female around 2:55 p.m. April 15. The woman placed the items in her diaper bag and attempted to leave the store without paying for them.

Burglary

Officers were dispatched to a Holly Hill Road apartment April 15 in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, the owner of the apartment reported to officers that when he arrived home from work he discovered that his door had been kicked in from the outside. His high school and college wrestling rings were missing from the residence.
