The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. Criminal Damage to Property
A deputy was dispatched to a Rail Road Street address Aug. 6 in reference to damage to property. Upon arrival the officer met with the complainant who stated that someone pulled up one of her fence posts. The deputy observed a hole in the ground where the fence post used to be.
Deputies responded to a report of a burglary at a Vinson Highway address Aug. 4. Upon arrival deputies spoke with the complainant who told officers that when he returned home he found his front door open. He also noticed that the cabinets in the laundry room were open and his cigarette roller was out of place. No items were reported missing.
Deputies were dispatched to a Roberts Drive residence Aug. 5 in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival they made contact with the complainant who stated that when he returned to his residence at approximately 12:30 a.m. he noticed that all the lights in his home were turned off. When he turned them back on he discovered that an xBox 360, along with two controllers, component wires, and numerous amounts of video games, had been taken from the residence.
