MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. Criminal Trespass

An East Thomas Street homeowner reported Dec. 30 that the window to his residence was broken while he and some friends were having a party.


An individual was arrested Dec. 30 during a highway safety check. Officers identified the smell of marijuana upon making contact with the driver, and his vehicle was consequently searched. Officers located 27.9 grams of marijuana and the driver was charged with possession less than one ounce and driving under the influence.

Theft by Taking

A woman reported Dec. 31 that four Walmart gift cards had been stolen from her purse.

Criminal Trespass

A man reported Dec. 31 that a headlight on his vehicle was damaged.

Theft by Taking

An individual reported Dec. 31 that $29 in cash was stolen from his bedside table.
