MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. The charges filed are noted in the narrative.

Criminal Trespass

Deputies were dispatched to an Irwinton Road store at 8:54 p.m. June 17 in reference to an employee requesting that a man be removed from the property. The store manager told officers that the man was behaving in an irrational manner toward her and arguing with her while she was trying to attend to customers. She also stated that the man was upset about a phone conversation he had with his girlfriend who also works at the store. She was requested that the man be removed from the property until he calmed down.

Disorderly House

Deputies were dispatched to a Ga. Highway 49 mobile home park June 16 in reference to loud music. Upon arrival in the area, the officers were flagged down by a group of people near the entrance of the mobile home park who stated that one of the tenants had been playing extremely loud music throughout the day. The resident of the mobile home told officers they were preparing for a cookout and that they would turn the music down due to the noise complaint. Dispatch received two separate calls after the previous incident about the music being turned back up at the same residence. Due to the repeated disturbance calls and the tenant's disregard to the deputies' warning, the man was arrested for disorderly house.
