MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. Theft by Taking

An Ebony Lounge Road resident reported Jan. 30 that someone had stolen portions of porch railing and privacy fence.

Burglary

An individual reported Jan. 30 that someone stole $3,300 cash from his home while he was running errands.

Burglary

A homeowner reported Jan. 27 that someone entered his home and stole a gaming system and a television.

Possession

A driver was arrested Feb. 1 after being pulled over for driving without tag lights. Officers could detect the scent of marijuana and the driver consented for her vehicle to be searched. Marijuana cigarettes were located and an open container of beer. She was charged with possession of marijuana less than one ounce, and cited for having an open container of alcohol while operating a vehicle and for a tag light requirement.

Theft by Taking

A homeowner reported Feb. 3 that several items were stolen from inside a personal trunk of hers while she was imprisoned for a year.
