The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. Criminal Damage to Property
A golf course employee reported Jan. 21 that several young males had vandalized one of its bathrooms.
Theft by Shoplifting
A South Wayne Street store reported Jan. 20 that a man had placed merchandise inside his clothing and exited the store without paying.
A man reported Jan. 21 that during an argument someone pulled out a gun.
A woman reported Jan. 22 that someone she knew broke a window of her home.
A woman was arrested for terroristic threats Jan. 22 after it was reported and witnessed by an officer that she threatened via text message to douse a woman in gasoline and set her on fire.
Willful Obstruction of Law Enforcement
Officers responded to a store Jan. 21 and saw an intoxicated man harassing a store clerk. When they attempted to arrest him he was belligerent with officers. He was arrested with public drunkenness, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, willful obstruction of law enforcement and disorderly conduct.
A store employee reported Jan. 21 that two young men she asked to leave the store threatened her as they were leaving.
A woman was arrested for aggravated assault and terroristic threats after she attempted to run an individual over and verbally threatening him in front of an officer.
