The charges filed are noted in the narrative.

At about 1:35 a.m. May 30 a deputy observed a gold Infiniti traveling North on Park Avenue driving with loud music playing. Upon initiating a traffic stop in the 100 block of Park Avenue, the deputy noticed two open Bud Light beer cans under both the driver and passenger’s feet. After administering a roadside breath test, the driver was cited for DUI alcohol, open container and loud music.
Pointing a pistol at another
Deputies were dispatched to an Ivey Drive address in reference to a person pointing a firearm at another person. A man told the deputies that he was getting out of his vehicle when a white two door Thunderbird stopped in front of him. A man wearing a Chicago Bulls hat pulled out a black revolver and pointed it at him. The car began to drive away slowly. The man said he did not know who the man was or why he was pointing a gun at him.
