MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. The charges filed are noted in the narrative.



Milledgeville Police Department

Fraud

A woman reported Jan. 15 that two accounts for local utility companies were fraudulently taken out in her name.

Burglary

An alarm at a residence on Lewis Court went off Jan. 15. The homeowner was contacted and informed police that only a video game console was stolen.

Criminal Trespass

A Martin Luther King Drive property owner reported Jan. 15 that someone was located inside an apartment that was empty. The complainant declined to press charges because the offender was asked to leave by police and did so.
