MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office
A woman was arrested Feb. 3 after officers were called to the scene where someone had taken her keys to prevent her from driving. She appeared the be intoxicated and consented to a breathalyzer, which tested positive. She was charged with public drunkenness.
Driving Under the Influence
A man was arrested Jan. 31 after being pulled over for driving 92 in a 55 mph zone on Ga. Highway 212. Officers smelled alcohol when speaking with the driver. He consented to a breathalyzer. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and driving a vehicle with a suspended registration.
Theft by Taking
A man reported Feb. 4 that someone had stolen a rifle from under his bed.

A homeowner reported Feb. 4 that a cable modem was stolen from her house on West Lakeview Drive while she was in the process of moving in.
A woman was arrested Feb. 4 after causing property damage inside a home on Clay Pottery Road. A warrant for criminal trespass was obtained.
Three individuals were charged with affray Feb. 3 after a fight occurred over a $10 football bet. One was also charged with simple assault for brandishing a pistol.
