MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. The charges filed are noted in the narrative.

Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office


Deputies were dispatched to a Lakeport Drive residence June 30 in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival they met with the complainants who stated that upon returning to their home after a trip, she and her husband discovered that their Suzuki LTF 250 ATV was missing.

Entering Auto

Deputies were dispatched to an Old Monticello Road address at approximately 9 p.m. June 30 in reference to entering auto. A man reported that his vehicle broke down in front of an Irwinton Road address around May 15 and he left it there until he could return to pick it up. The vehicle was picked up by a friend and transported to Wilkinson County for repair June 28. When he went to go check on it he discovered that the vehicle had been broken into. A JL audio 750 watt amplifier and the truck's Interstate battery was reported missing.

Criminal Damage to Property

A woman reported damage to her vehicle while attending a party at her sister's Coombs residence the evening of June 29. According to the woman, she discovered that the windows were broken out, the tires were punctured, and the paint was badly scratched.
