The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. Milledgeville Police Department

Theft by Taking

The owner of a Roberson Mill Rd. convenience store reported that one of his employees was taking money from the register by not ringing up items for customers then pocketing the money.  The owner stated that approximately $2,000 is missing from the register total. The employee has been seen on store video pocketing the money.

Criminal Damage to Property

A woman reported that a man damaged her TV by pushing it on the floor Jan. 20. The man was in her Harvest Court residence earlier in the day, where he had a  verbal altercation with her son. Before leaving, he pushed the TV off of her son's dresser. He then took the top drawer of the dresser and threw it into the front yard.
