The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. Milledgeville Police Department

Theft by Taking

A man at a Perry Drive residence reported that his neighbor stole a variety of tools from his property. On Jan. 15, the man found his Dewalt drill, Craftsman screw gun, Craftsman battery and charger, saw blade and saw blade case in the neighbor's garage.  

Theft by Taking

A woman reported that her vehicle was stolen from a North Jefferson Street apartment parking lot sometime between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. She stated that she parked her car after returning from a friend's house and when she went outside to leave for class in the morning the vehicle was missing. 

Counterfeiting Trademarks

A clerk at a North Jefferson Street convenience store reported that a man attempted to purchase food items from the store using a false $100 bill at approximately 10:53 p.m. Jan. 15.

Disorderly Conduct

A Walmart employee reported a fight in progress in the parking lot of the store around 6:38 p.m. Jan. 1. Three females and one male were charged with disorderly conduct following the fight.
