The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. The charges filed are noted in the narrative.
Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office
Deputies were dispatched to an Andrew Foston Drive residence in reference to a burglary that took place Jan. 22 at approximately 2:41 a.m. The owner of the home reported that after he returned from driving a friend to work, he noticed that the front door was open. A Xbox 360 gaming system, a subwoofer speaker, and a 1500 watt amplifier were reported missing.
A woman reported finding a TV laying on the side of Meriwether Road on Jan. 21 around 5:35 p.m.
Deputies were dispatched to a Scott Hill Street residence in reference to a physical altercation in progress around 1:57 a.m. Jan. 24. A woman was charged with simple assault for chasing a man into the bedroom with a sharp object. An actual attack with the object did not occur.
