MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. The charges filed are noted in the narrative.

Criminal Damage to Property
A vehicle owner reported Nov. 18 that her car had been damaged.
Theft by Shoplifting
A gas station reported Nov. 18 that on two separate occasions two males had entered the store and while one individual distracted the cashier the second individual pocketed goods. Surveillance was turned over to officers.
Two individuals were arrested Nov. 25 after fleeing from police officers. The two men were reported for waving guns around and firing them at an apartment complex on South Jefferson Street. Both men provided false names to the officers. They were charged with aggravated assault, giving a false name to police and obstruction of officers. One individual was served with a warrant from MPD.
Officers responded to a call about shots fired on Harrisburg Road Nov. 25. An individual was transported to ORMC for gun shots sustained while he was in his vehicle.
Obstruction of Officers
An individual was seen jumping out of the rear window of a residence Nov. 27 and was detained by officers. The individual provided a false name and date of birth. He was charged with both offenses and arrested.
