MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. The charges filed are noted in the narrative.



Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office


A burglary was reported Nov. 15 at a resident on Montego Court. Two televisions were stolen and cash.

Theft by Taking

A vehicle was reported stolen Nov. 16 from where it was parked at a residence on Beechwood Circle.

Terroristic Threats

An individual arrested for disorderly conduct Nov. 16 was also charged with terroristic threats after he threatened to harm and kill a police officer and his mother.

Hit and Run

A man reported Nov. 15 that someone had struck his vehicle while it was parked at a business on North Columbia Street.

Theft by Taking

Four fall plants were stolen from a business on North Columbia Street Nov. 15.

Disorderly Conduct

An individual was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct Nov. 16 after an officer witnessed his involvement in a physical altercation.

Simple Assault

Two women involved in a physical altercation at a gas station on Allen Memorial Drive were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and simple battery Nov. 16.

Reckless Conduct

An individual was arrested Nov. 17 after it was reported that he discharged a weapon at a couple of men parked on the side of the road attempting to fix a CB radio.

Theft by Taking

An apartment owner reported Nov. 18 that a washer and dryer had been stolen from one of the apartment’s units.
