A man reported a break-in at a South Wayne Street address and the theft of copper wiring and plumbing around 10:32 p.m. April 15. The man was working at the residence as a contractor and stated that an unknown person went underneath the home and stripped the copper wiring and plumbing out.  

Theft by taking

Officers were dispatched to a West Thomas Street address April 13 in reference to a theft. A man reported that an unknown person stole an utility trailer from his property.  


A property owner reported a break-in at a Lake Drive address at approximately 10:07 p.m. April 15. The man stated that the front door appeared to be kicked in when he arrived on the property. Other apartments on his property have been burglarized as well on previous dates.

Criminal damage to property

A woman reported damage to her vehicle sometime before 5 a.m. April 15. The morning of April 15, the woman noticed fresh scratch marks alongside the exterior of her car.
