The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. Milledgeville Police Department

Entering Auto 

A woman reported that someone had broke into her vehicle as it was parked at a South Wayne Street pharmacy sometime after 1:26 p.m. Nov. 6. A bottle of Zanax was reported missing from the car. 

Theft by Taking

A man reported the theft of a $100 from his office desk at a Veteran's Blvd. business around 9:49 a.m. Nov. 6.

Theft by Taking

A woman reported the theft of her keys and wallet from a jacket she left at a North Columbia Street clothing store around 3:52 p.m. Nov. 5.   

Marijuana Possession

A man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana after he was trespassed from a North Columbia Street store around 2 p.m. Nov. 5.


A man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence following a report of a passed out driver at a  W. Franklin Street pharmacy around 1 a.m. Nov. 2.
