The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office

Criminal Damage to Property

A landlord reported damage to a rental unit she owns on Grace Weaver Road Nov. 9. The damage was discovered after an eviction inspection.

Public Drunk

A woman was arrested after an officer responded to a report of a suspicious person at an abandoned home on Ernest Byner Street Nov. 10. The woman was charged with public drunk, obstructing an officer and loitering.

Milledgeville Police Department

Entering Auto

A woman reported that while she was pumping gas at a Highway 49 gas station, another woman entered her car and took her wallet around 1:25 a.m. Nov. 2.

Driving While Unlicensed

A man was arrested for driving while unlicensed on Irwinton Road around 7:28 p.m. Nov. 3. 


A landlord of a Stembridge Road property reported driving by and observing a former tenant climbing into the window around 1:29 a.m. Nov. 3.
