— Theft by receiving stolen property
A woman reported that she spotted a sandwich sign belonging to Scoops Ice Cream Shop on the balcony of a home at 125 S. Wayne St. The woman said that she had been knocking on the apartment door, but the resident would not come down. The complainant also said that she did not wish to press charges, she only wanted the sign back. An officer knocked on the apartment door and after a few minutes, a woman answered and agreed to give the sign back. The sign was returned.
— Counterfeiting
A woman reported that an unknown person gave her a counterfeit bill at her yard sale on June 20. The $5 bill was placed into evidence at the police department.
— Gas drive-off
A woman reported that a black female wearing an orange shirt pumped $30 worth of gas into a white Chevrolet Blazer and drove off from the Murphy USA gas station, in the 1900 block of North Columbia Street, without paying for it.

An employee of the Jet Food Store, in the 300 block of East Hancock Street, reported that a white male pumped $4 worth of gas into a white Toyota 4-Runner and drove off without paying for it.

An employee at Jet Food Store No. 61, in the 1700 block of North Columbia Street, reported that an unidentified black male driving a white Toyota Camry pumped $20.02 in gas and drove off without paying for it.
— Theft by taking
A female reported that several items had gone missing from her apartment in the 500 block of West Montgomery Street sometime in the last three days.
