Sessions by Joe meets fitness needs

MILLEDGEVILLE —

Joe Williams worked an area chalk mine for 20 years until an injury took him out of the profession. Now, Williams serves as a full-time personal trainer for around 50 clients.

Williams became a certified personal trainer several years ago.

He started his own fitness studio last year. Sessions by Joe provides a contract-free place for resistance, cardio and circuit training.

Group training is available, and the studio offers boot camps three days a week.

Open hours go 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Clients can come in from 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday and even some on Sundays.

Boot camps on Mondays and Wednesdays begin at 6 p.m., while Saturday meetings are 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Sessions by Joe charges $25 per hour and $15 per half-hour. Boot camps are $15.

The location is 130 Log Cabin Road near Kroger. Call (478) 456-5193 for booking.
