Kinetix offers new programs to help shape up your summer workout

Kinetix has a variety of membership options, which are flexible and feasible for everybody. Family and group discounts are available. Classes at Kinetix range from pilates, core crushing, abs and body pump to light aerobics.

In addition to an introduction of the new programs, there will also be food and drinks available for members and their guests during the Member Appreciation Day event. Kinetix employees will also give away a one-month membership, T-shirts, as well as a donation of free training sessions by the club’s personal trainers.

“There will be local companies with their own giveaways set up in the club too,” said Grimes.

According to Miller, the invitation was given to local businesses to join the Member Appreciation Day as a way of saying thanks for their continued support for the gym.

Miller points out that Kinetix is a club for real people. You won’t feel intimidated by others and it’s a positive environment all around.

“It’s a spacious club with state-of-the-art amenities with a comfortable atmosphere that encourages members to get fit,” said Miller. “I feel we have great staff and personnel and I invite everyone to come give us a try.”

Kinetix is located at 60 Hwy 22 W, Suite 92 and is a 24-hour facility. For more information about the club’s offerings, call 478-452-2348.
