An Eatonton man was arrested early Friday morning following an alleged drunken attempt to run from police. Maj. Dray Swicord said Milledgeville Police and the Georgia College Police both worked wrecks caused a drunk driver.
GC Public Safety arrested 28 year-old Justin Segrest of a Steel Bridge Road, Eatonton address.
The Milledgeville Police Department charged him with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain lane and failing to notify owner after striking an unoccupied vehicle.
GC Public Safety charged him with second offense driving under the influence (DUI), reckless driving, fleeing and attempting to elude, failure to maintain lane and failure to obey a traffic signal device.
